Hi, I'm Rachel!
I'm the friend that's constantly making a camera roll dump and asking you to pause and smile because the ordinary moments are the ones I've always valued most.
I've loved the self expression of art since I was a little girl but I fell in love with photography during my senior year of high school while taking a friend's graduation photos. It was then that I realized I had a passion for capturing the beauty of stories that are already being told. I now love to document the little things that are already unfolding and gently direct moments that make for timeless heirlooms.
I love what I do because I'm driven and inspired by God's love for me and my love for His people. It is a praise ever on my lips that I get to notice what He notices when I am behind the camera and meet such lovely people along the way.

My approach
One thing about me is that I am a SUCKER for a good love story. I love to capture the necessary shot list but I'm obsessed with the stolen glances and joyful tears. These moments that are often unnoticed are the ones I am constantly searching for.
Your wedding day or life accomplishment is intended to be experienced and felt. My job is to allow you to do that and my passion is to notice it. Alongside the unplanned moments, I also love the drama and passion behind an editorial shot that gives you the movie moment you deserve.
